1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.

This warranty is given by Ready Take (the "warrantor"), Maryland, USA. In this warranty, "we" and "us" mean Ready Take. It covers The Keeper (including the D-ring version), the Utility Strap, and the Crew Kit, bought from Ready Take.
Who's covered
The original purchaser of the product.
How long
One year from the date your order is delivered.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- snaps that pull out, separate or fail to hold
- stitching that comes loose or fails
- the D-ring and its attachment
- leather that cracks, splits or tears because of a defect in the hide or in how it was cut
What's not covered
- Normal wear, including scuffs, darkening, softening and patina
- Cuts, punctures or abrasion
- Misuse, including overstretching or using the product to lift, hang or tie down weight
- Water damage or heat damage
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than us
What we'll do
If your product has a covered defect, we'll repair it, replace the snap, or replace the product with the same or a comparable item, at no charge. We choose which remedy fits the problem. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we'll refund what you paid for that item.
How to make a claim
Email eric@readytakegear.com within the warranty period and include:
- your order number
- a photo of the problem
- the batch number stamped inside the strap
We'll reply within 3 business days. If we need the item back, we'll tell you where to send it. We'll repair or replace your item within 14 days of receiving it, or of approving your claim if we don't need it back.
Shipping
For valid claims within the United States, we pay shipping both ways: we send you a prepaid label if we need the item back, and ship the repaired or replacement item to you free.
Implied warranties
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit or exclude, any implied warranties (such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) or other rights you have under law.
Your other rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
